Business Events Victoria (founded by the Regional Victoria Conference Group) is a growing, membership-based group that has been operating since 1996. It operates as a collective group of conference venues, accommodation providers, tour operators, local councils, regional tourism organisations and service providers who have identified the need for a coordinated and cooperative industry approach to the marketing and promotion of business events for regional Victoria.

Our 40 year’s combined experience has seen us deliver countless successful, high-end events. From Far North Queensland to Uluru, the East Coast to the West, we’ve covered every corner of Australia and then some. Our expertise in event production management has seen us travel to global cities such as Hong Kong, Bangkok and Seoul. We have managed the audio visual, technical solutions, creative direction and logistics for large-scale events in Japan, Taiwan, the US and Fiji. We’ve covered thousands of kilometres, taken hundreds of flights and produced events in deserts, conference rooms, ballrooms, theatres, a rainforest and even the occasional cruise ship. Not even a blackout, thunderstorm, extreme heat wave or dust storm could deter us from doing what we do best.
