Welcome to Premier Bain, a swimming school suitable for all levels located in Réaumur. Premier Bain offers two courses: Petit Bain: The Petit Bain course is the Know How to Save Yourself program, which is the first step in swimming. The protocol to know how to save oneself was created to give your child the survival reflexes in case of falling into the water, as well as the basics of swimming: breathing, floating, propulsion, and submerging the head. The level is validated by passing the Petit Bain test: entering the water, turning onto the back in a plank position, kicking the feet, and returning to the side of the water alone. Your child can then move on to the Grand Bain! Grand Bain: Accessible to beginners, the Grand Bain course will ensure that your child is safe in the water (Know How to Save Yourself program to be validated for new participants) before moving on to independence and technique.
