Acer announces the ‘ebii’ its New Electric Bike

Lately, Acer has surprised by launching new products that we really didn’t expect. For example, the company announced the eKinekt BD 3, an exercise bike for 1000 euros. Now, the company has launched a new e-bike, the ebii.

The ebii, according to Acer, is an “AI-controlled smart bike for city dwellers”. The main thing is that once again the brand talks about Artificial Intelligence (AI). Basically, the Acer ebii doesn’t have a classic bike shape, but is reminiscent of countless (folding) bikes from Chinese manufacturers – in which elegant details such as a one-arm fork have been installed and the whole design feels more like one piece .

The e-bike with its 250W central motor (40 Nm) weighs 16 kilos and can reach speeds of up to 25 km/h. According to Acer, it has up to 110 kilometers of autonomy on a single charge, and the battery can be charged in just 2.5 hours. Acer reveals that this ebii was planned to be used by people with a maximum height of 1.85m.

The smart e-bike can be used by people weighing up to 120 kilos, but you have to be careful, as the weight of the bike itself is already included in this specification. This means that the maximum user can be 104 kilos.
