Easier Notification Management in Google Chrome: Say Goodbye to Unwanted Website Alerts

In addition to detecting when your passwords are compromised, Google Chrome’s security check feature offers several recommendations related to online privacy and security. This feature now makes it easy to revoke permissions granted to sites the user has previously visited.
Thanks to the latest update, Google Chrome will provide a reminder of the permissions that the user has previously shared with websites, and will allow you to revoke them in one place.
In practice, in the Privacy and security section present in the browser settings, a new option will appear just below the password verification button, which will offer a quick overview of which sites have recently bombarded the user with tons of notifications, offering the same ability to review them by clicking the “Review” button.
Since most websites are starting to act more like a mobile app, sending notifications on all major browsers as long as the user has given permission, Google Chrome now lets you disable annoying notifications with just a few clicks. Another important security-related addition to Google’s browser is the implementation of a feature that allows you to block currently open incognito tabs behind biometric authentication without having to activate a flag.
This feature, first discovered as a hidden option in September, is now available on all Android devices with the Chrome app installed.
