Google Android 13 May Allow Two Carrier Connections On One ESIM

According to the report of Esper, in this, you will be able to take the service of two operators on a single SIM card. This will be a game changer feature for the users. The big advantage of this will be that you will be able to operate extra numbers in dual SIM smartphones.

According to the report, a feature named Multiple Enabled Profile (MEP) will be available in this OS. With the help of this, you will be able to switch your profile between two operators on a single e-SIM (eSIM). Google patented this feature in 2020. This feature helps in running two digital SIM simultaneously. Earlier there were also reports that Google’s engineering is testing it on Pixel hardware.

Advantages of Dual E-SIM Support
When the number of two different companies can be run on the e-SIM in the smartphone, then the micro SD card can be fixed in place of the SIM slot. Which many companies are not giving in SIM tray these days. Apart from this, the size of the battery can also be increased.
