Unfortunately, during the Pandemic Era, everything from studying to work was online. According to a recent study published in the Journal of School Health, increasing screen time during those two years had a negative impact on children.

In Germany, screen time has increased by one hour per day.

A study conducted in Chile found that screen time doubles in young children outside of school and preschoolers. According to researchers in Tunisia, screen time in children aged 5 to 12 has increased by 111% during the pandemic.

Apart from these, pain in the neck and shoulders is becoming more common. It is caused by sitting in one position for a long time in front of the screen.

Researchers say that a sedentary lifestyle and excessive eating habits increase the risk of obesity in children. We all know that obesity is the root of almost every serious disease.

Kids use multiple devices at the same time

According to research, children and teenagers use multiple devices at the same time. For example, using social media on mobile while watching videos on laptop. Due to this, the strain on the eyes is 22% more.
