Samsung Electronics has announced the launch of its new 130-inch Micro RGB TV (model R95H) at CES 2026, introducing its largest Micro RGB screen to date and signaling a new design direction for ultra-high-end televisions.

Hun Lee, Executive Vice President of Samsung’s Visual Display Business, said the new model advances the company’s picture-quality ambitions: “Micro RGB represents the pinnacle of our innovation in display technology, and this 130-inch version pushes that vision forward for the next generation of viewers.”

A Striking Design Meant to Transform the Space

The massive screen, next-generation color technology, and distinctive styling highlight Samsung’s blend of technical engineering and luxury aesthetics. With its substantial frame and upgraded audio, the 130-inch TV is crafted to feel less like conventional television and more like an expansive, immersive window that visually enlarges the room.

Its “Timeless Frame” design draws inspiration from gallery displays and evolves Samsung’s earlier Timeless Gallery concept from 2013. The refined frame echoes architectural window forms, giving the illusion that the screen is floating within its borders and turning the TV into a statement piece. Sound built directly into the frame is tuned to the screen’s size, creating a unified sense of picture and audio in the viewing environment.

Picture Quality Designed for a Cinematic Experience

The 130-inch Micro RGB TV incorporates Samsung’s latest Micro RGB technologies, including Micro RGB AI Engine Pro, Micro RGB Color Booster Pro, and Micro RGB HDR Pro. These AI-powered features enhance color, optimize contrast, and reveal greater detail in both bright and dark scenes, producing more lifelike images.

With Micro RGB Precision Color 100, the display achieves 100% of the BT.2020 color space and has received certification from VDE for accurate color reproduction. The TV also uses Samsung’s Glare Free technology to help reduce reflections and maintain color and contrast across a range of lighting conditions.

The model supports HDR10+ ADVANCED¹ and Eclipsa Audio for improved visual and sound performance. It also includes Samsung’s upgraded Vision AI Companion², offering conversational search, proactive suggestions, and access to AI apps and features such as AI Football Mode Pro, AI Sound Controller Pro, Live Translate, Generative Wallpaper, Microsoft Copilot, and Perplexity. The TV will be displayed in Samsung’s booth at CES 2026 in Las Vegas.
