Christi Young, LPC – Compassionate Individual Counseling (Texas, In-Person & Virtual) Since 2012, licensed professional counselor Christi Young has supported adults through emotional challenges such as anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, grief, relationship struggles, and coping skills. With dual Master’s degrees in Professional Counseling and Human Services Counseling (Marriage & Family focus), she brings over a decade of clinical experience. Her trauma-informed, empathetic approach integrates EMDR, IFS, EFT, CBT,and faith-based Christian counseling upon request. Offering both in-office sessions in Colleyville, TX (near Grapevine & Southlake) and online for all Texas residents. In-network with major insurers.
