American Ninja Warrior Training, Kids Classes, Open Gyms, Birthday Partys , Team Training Our gyms are specifically designed for kids (ages 5 and up) and adults. We have full size and smaller-scale obstacles. Our trainers have backgrounds in obstacle training and several have competed on the American Ninja Warrior show!
