Gods of the Sea specialises in 100 percent Australian ingredients across the entire menu and beverage program and aims to support local growers and small artisan producers while reducing our impact on global warming. Chef Jon Nurminen's menu focuses on sustainably caught seafood and native Australian ingredients, while the all Australian wine list features boutique, smaller producers with an emphasis on wines made naturally using sustainable growing practices. For those who prefer a stronger tipple, Gods of the Sea's range of signature cocktails uses all Australian produced spirits, liqueurs and house made syrups. Our beers, soft-drinks, teas and coffee are also all produced locally.
