In early 2019, the company's owner introduced touch-up services for dogs, encompassing nail trims, visor trimming, eye and pad scooping, and sanitary cleaning. Recognizing a compromise in work quality due to unclean dogs, the owner, a trained professional, initiated home grooming services including baths. However, this practice proved physically demanding, particularly with larger breeds, leading to the conception of a mobile salon. Over four months of dedicated full-time and overtime work, the unit was constructed. In August 2019, the company officially inaugurated its mobile salon, which has since garnered popularity and success.
