Sometimes a user fails in the login process which becomes a severe issue for a user. Make sure you are using the approved browser while interacting with the ap.setup management window. A user must use browsers such as Mozilla Firefox, Internet Explorer, Apple Safari, and Google Chrome. Use the approved browser to resolve the login issue. Even if the issue doesn’t get resolved, close the browser, reboot the device, and then try the login process again.
