Reiki provides us with an access point to connect with the universal energy that surrounds us which supports, deep relaxation and rest. This enhances our body’s natural ability to heal. What to Expect During Your Reiki Session: Before we begin your Reiki treatment, we will spend some time discussing your intentions for the session, areas where you would like to focus, and any questions that you may have. Reiki is administered through the hands of the Reiki Practitioner. The practitioner’s hands may be placed gently on the body or maybe held just above the body – this is the choice of the client and we will discuss your preference before we start your treatment.
