My first blog: Warrior in the garden

On this day in August of 2023, I have taken the initiative to write my first blog post in an effort to share with the world my "take" on things. My "take", as it were comes from 20 years of experience as a clinician and as a practitioner. I'm a physical therapist by trade and a martial artist by night. I've dedicated my adult life in pursuing some semblance of mastery at both. I understand a life's journey is taken one step at a time, whether you're on the mat, at the office, or curled up on the couch with the one's you love.
