Avante Gym and Yoga offer one-on-one personal training and group classes with experienced professionals who can help you get started on your fitness journey. We also offer various classes, like yoga, Tabata, Zumba and HIIT, to suit your individual fitness needs. And we have a fortnightly educational free workshop.
