Embrace U

Embrace U is a psychiatric-based mental health treatment center in Brentwood, TN designed specifically for adolescents aged 10-18. Through individual and group therapy, the program equips young people with tools and strategies to manage mental health conditions, develop communication skills, and build self-esteem.
