Iย’m Lina Maria Aristizabal, an author, wellbeing educator, resilience coach, and former classroom teacher. My journey through brain injury recovery after a concussion in 2018 has shaped the work I do today. Navigating the challenges of post-concussion syndrome, I used the tools of wellbeing science and insights from Positive Psychology Books to rediscover purpose and joy, which deeply influenced my healing and inspired me to write a Concussion Book Raise Your Head Up, a practical guide for others facing similar challenges. Iย’m passionate about sharing these insights through the Learn to Thrive program and Thrive courses I co-created with Revive and Thrive Wellbeing. With a background in Applied Positive Psychology, Coaching, and Resilience Training, I guide others in finding fulfillment, even in the face of adversity.
