Billy Boissonneault became a multi-instrumentalist at age 7 showing a gift for guitar, bass and mandolin. As a student of several musical styles, he first gained professional experience performing in school plays and fronting the host band for Christmas telethons. He formed a band at age 13, singing lead and harmony vocals and playing guitar. He has presented a plaque in recognition of his accomplishments as musical director for the high school band Café Chantant

Avalon School of Music in Allen offers private music lessons for Piano, Guitar, Voice, Violin, Bass, Cello and Ukulele. Our instructors love to teach, and it shows in everything we do. We encourage our students to have fun while learning their chosen instrument, and we support their goals through encouragement and praise. We focus our efforts on teaching the correct technique; reading sheet music, learning music theory, and performing in our semi-annual recitals.
