Urban Renter's Agent is a niche service which represents the renter (tenant) in the search, inspection and application process of renting property in in- demand areas of Sydney. We act on behalf of the renter and provide an all inclusive end to end service, from actively searching and inspecting property to negotiating the terms of the Residential Tenancy Agreement and ensuring the property is 'move-in ready' on the day.
