Dave Herman, a professional sports performance coach and fitness trainer has provided sports training for many of the world’s champion athletes and provide Fitness Equipment For Golfers. SuperFlex has also designed a revolutionary wall and floor training station (the “Workout Station”) that can be used in conjunction with the training videos and bands to create the most advanced band training system on the planet.
