The Leicestershire Training Team provide quality NHS Diversity and Equality training courses to support healthcare professionals in delivering best practice. Our approach is focused on empowering and informing individuals through the knowledge we provide, enabling them to ensure equal treatment of everyone regardless of their gender, race or cultural background. Our courses are endorsed by Skills for Care and cover topics such as understanding unconscious bias, the importance of diversity within healthcare services, and how to challenge discrimination and put effective policies into practice. We also offer first aid training to help equip medical professionals with the skills they need to respond quickly and appropriately in emergency situations.
