Borrowed from Catalan Andorra, probably of Paleo-Hispanic or Vasconic origin. Compare Ancient Greek Ἀνδοσῖνοι (Andosînoi), the name of a tribe in Hispania Tarraconensis near the Pyrenees mentioned by Polybius.
