I haven’t written in a few weeks because, phew! It’s been a very busy January/February. One of the hottest winter markets in recent history. But, I’ve also held off knowing that the only topic worth writing about would be a market update, and given the volatility and headlines of the past few weeks, anything I wrote would almost instantly be outdated.
