I’ve been looking for the best yoga teacher training program for years, and I can finally say I’ve found what I think is a hidden gem amongst all the yoga schools out there … ULU Yoga! They’ve just started an amazing yoga blog. I’ve recently subscribed and I’m loving the articles that they’ve released. You’ll learn all kinds of interesting things about hatha yoga, ashtanga poses, philosophy, anatomy, inspirational stories, etc. Interestingly enough they’re also very well versed and a world leader in aerial yoga training. There’s just so much collective experience to learn from them, that I’m actually excited. That’s actually why I’m leaving this comment, I’m just hoping this helps someone else as much as it has helped me.
