HERevolution Solutions is the bold reimagining of Melissa Lora LLC, founded in 2025 to serve women of color ready to reclaim their power, voice, and wholeness. More than a coaching company, HERevolution is a movement—rooted in ancestral healing, somatic wisdom, and soul-centered leadership. Through immersive programs and culturally grounded practices, we create a liberatory space for women of color to unlearn survival, return to themselves, and rise—on their terms.

I’ve practiced bodywork therapy for 40 years, since 1985. After trying many modalities, I’ve found Aston-Patterning to be the most effective hands-on experience. While training with Judith Aston, I also became certified in CranioSacral Therapy under John Upledger. That helped me become a better Aston-Patterner. I love that both approaches are deep, tender and yet surprisingly effective. These two modalities are the most evocative of all the disciplines I’ve tried and I whole-heartedly believe they can help you feel lighter, freer, and more at home in your body, too.
