a2z Health Group is an Allied Health service provider offering Physio for adults /OT for kids and adults / dietetics and rehabilitation service in the form of Hydrotherapy/Clinical Pilates and using a rehabilitation and gym equipment. We are a team of experts in our own fields. Our sole purpose is to help people lead a fulfilling life. Help people get back to doing the things they need and love and engage in normal life activities. Our number one value is to Focus on treating the person, holistically, not just the 'patient' or 'condition', understand what a "person" wants and needs, and provide help and support to each other as a team. We are registered with Medicare, all Private Health funds, Workcare, TAC and NDIS approved. We are able to see people in our clinics, in their homes and schools when helping kids.
