Agencies get lists of vacancies through employers, who want to hire employees through recruitment agencies. Recruitment agencies place advertisements after receiving vacancy lists to attract interested people. Recruitment agencies always lookout for new CVs being uploaded on internet job boards. After receiving CVs they shortlist candidates according to CVs and forward them to the employer.
