Hi, I'm Alex and I'm an enthusiastic clinical hypnotherapist based in Dorset and London with over 15 years experience practising hypnotherapy and specialising in treating anxiety, OCD, emotional eating & insomnia. With a background in psychology and clinical hypnotherapy, I help people who are suffering from unwanted anxiety, learn how to reduce stress, release worries, overcome OCD and improve sleep, so that they can wake up every morning feeling alive, blessed, energised and fully present.
