Somatic EMDR, polyvagal-informed techniques, and trauma-sensitive approaches help you reconnect with your body, access safety, and rediscover pleasure. Founder Dovie Gena is a Certified Somatic EMDR Practitioner (Embody Lab, 2025), Certified Clinical Trauma Professional (PESI, 2024), and Certified Sexologist (American Board of Sexology, 2021). Her advanced training includes the Reclaiming Pleasure Workshop with Kai
