Learn a little more about who we are and what we stand for Our Story We are a local family-owned restaurant and have gathered together a very knowledgeable and experienced team. Inspired by over 30 years in the restaurant industry primarily in Italian restaurants, I have been developing ideas and plans to create my own restaurant that provides excellent food and exceptional service. Finally, I have the opportunity to put my ideas to work here at Cèrto in Miami. We look forward to serving you and adding you to the family. Our Food We serve a combination of classic and modern Italian-inspired food. We are pleased to prepare, right in front of you, both Neapolitan and New York-style pizza as well as other dishes in our wood-burning oven. We also offer a boutique wine list to complement our chef’s creations. At Ce?rto we are proud to use the best ingredients and we have an option for everyone,
