Charlaine Avery is a BCACC Registered Clinical Counsellor with a Masters degree in Counselling Psychology from Simon Fraser University (1994). She has worked with individuals, couples, and families to help them understand relationship issues like communication problems, conflict, grief, affairs, transitions, parenting, and step-parenting. Hundreds of adults, youth and children have been helped by her practical, kind, and caring approach. She is the first counsellor in British Columbia who is certified in Discernment Counselling. Her areas of practice include Family counselling, Individual counselling, Couples and marriage counselling, Discernment counselling and Mindfulness &meditation.
