Chike Aguh

Chike Aguh is the Chief Innovation Officer at the U.S. Department of Labor in Glenn Dale, Maryland, and is involved in many other ventures. He leads the Community College Growth Engine Fund as the Head of Economic Mobility Pathways at the Education Design Lab. In working with the Community College Growth Engine Fund, Chike Aguh helps students attending community colleges find careers in high growth fields. Aguh is also writing a book that will deal with the future of work and racial equity as part of his work serving as a Technology and Human Rights Fellow at the Harvard Carr Center for Human Rights Policy. Chike Aguh is a Venture Partner at Maryland-based New Markets Venture Partners where he focuses on his work with workforce technologies. He is a faculty member at Columbia University and social impact advisor for Catalyte, a Baltimore-based upskilling technology startup.
