In 1971, George Chandler began representing injured East Texans. At a time when very few attorneys would stand up for injured people and workers had few rights if any, George Chandler became a voice for those in need. Mr. Chandler says he finds great satisfaction in improving the quality of life for clients who are down and out and have no hope other than the justice system. “We consider ourselves fortunate to have the opportunity to substantially improve the quality of the lives of people who need help,” he says. Through the years, the firm has grown, but it has never lost sight of its founding principles. Today, Mr. Chandler, along with his partners, Kirk Mathis and Perry Zivley, continue to hold true to the roots of the firm’s foundation. Throughout the years, the firm has been consistently ranked AV, Preeminent by the highly esteemed Martindale Hubbell peer ranking system indicating the highest ranking for legal ability and ethics. Each member of the firm is also personally AV.
