Crossover Blendery

Founded by George and Charlie in 2018, Crossover Blendery is a small, independent brewery based at Lannock Manor Farm in rural North Hertfordshire. We make slow, complex beers using wild fermentation and years of barrel ageing – no shortcuts, just patience and care. Inspired by traditional Belgian techniques and a love for British ingredients, our beers are made with spontaneous fermentations and aged in French oak. We work closely with local farmers and growers to keep our ingredients seasonal, sustainable and rooted in place. Our taproom is open weekends from spring to autumn – come for a drink, stay for the peace and conversation.
