Diversity Builder offers workplace training online and onsite. Classes include harassment prevention, effective communication, resolving unconscious bias, cultural competency, gender diversity, generational differences in the workplace, excellence in leadership, and LGBTQI diversity. Each instructor-led class is customized based on specific organizational needs and the work industry. Our trainers’ unique perspectives contribute to building inventive training programs with deep-rooted, measurable, and lasting results. Online programs are highly interactive and include tests for understanding, reporting, and completion certificates. Harassment prevention compliant online training programs are available for New York, California, Connecticut, and other states.
