With over 4 decades of Manufacturing, New Product Development (NPD), Supply Chain, Quality Management and Cultural Change experience behind him, Charles has been successful throughout his business career. From starting out as a Mechanical Engineering Apprentice and Graduate, to managing teams of professionals at Director level in the UK, Europe and Asia. Charles’ experience in his early years was in mechanical and production engineering at International Harvester and British Steel, before moving into plastic injection moulding, vacuum forming and assembly, for customers such as Ford, Nissan, IBM and Apple. He then moved into the Toy and Games industry, with Waddingtons Games and Hasbro, which later led him to Mamas & Papas and Cybex GmbH where he spent a significant amount of time dealing with manufacturers in China, working on NPD projects.
