As a Transformational Life Coach and Psychologist, I help individuals break through limiting beliefs, unearth what life has intended for them, and discover what makes them thrive. With over 30 years of experience as a psychologist and life coach, I have helped my clients overcome personal adversity and use it as a springboard into greatness. I focus on helping people heal, grow, and transform limiting beliefs into empowering beliefs, so they can uncover what is meant for them and create a life they love. I have created a safe space of inclusivity by embracing what makes people unique, in terms of age, gender, ethnicity, religion, disability, sexual orientation, education, and national origin.
