FitOps is a nonprofit organization that trains and certifies veterans as personal trainers, empowering them with the skills and opportunities to thrive in the civilian workforce. Founded by U.S. Army Special Forces veteran Matt Hesse, FitOps aims to provide veterans with a new sense of purpose and direction through fitness. With a focus on physical and mental wellness, the organization offers a comprehensive training program that includes nutrition education, strength training, and mental health support.
