Jack has over a decade of experience ideating and crafting innovative experiences for the likes of HSBC, Vodafone, Samsung and IBM. With a background in UI Design and years of experience as a Freelance UX Design Lead, Jack can quickly visualise innovative solutions, conduct lean research activities and facilitate engaging workshops and design sprints. He was a manager of a high-performing team of 20 designers in a large organisation, although he’s now back to his passion – freelancing and consulting.
