Nichols Leadership is a personal development business led by founder and owner Dr. Kenneth Nichols. Dr. Nichols is a retired Naval Officer with over 30 years of leadership experience. He holds dual doctorate degrees, a Ph.D. in product management, and a DBA. Dr. Nichols partnered with Leadership Management International, Inc. (LMI) in 2021 to broaden his capabilities to facilitate leadership and management courses.
