The Liverpool Film Studios provides serviced office space and industrial units to rent on the Northern outskirts of Liverpool City Centre. Getting it's name from having been the home for a number of film production companies making a variety of different films/programmes, the studios offer space for both TV/film productions and a variety of business types. The site has a range of office suites of varying sizes (1 to 50 people) available to let. It also has a number of industrial units of approximately 1,000 sqft. All space is provided on a fully managed/serviced basis but on terms that can be tailor made to suit your exact needs.
