Longevity Health and Fitness was established with the aim of connecting the medical sector and fitness industry, with a focus on specialised chronic disease management. Our primary approach involves prescribing clinical exercise as a means to prevent, manage, and enhance health conditions or injuries, emphasising the concept that “exercise is medicine.” We focus on addressing a broad range of musculoskeletal, neurological, oncological, respiratory and cardiac conditions encompassing a range of health challenges such as osteoarthritis, osteoporosis, back pain and spinal pathologies, cancers, stroke, Parkinson’s disease, multiple sclerosis, post-operative rehabilitation, active ageing and Alzheimer’s & dementia.
