Northern Touch CrossFit opened it's doors on Family Day in 2016. We are conveniently located at Birchmount & Eglinton in Scarborough. Our training facility is focused on traditional strength and conditioning, based in a classic CrossFit-style program. Our facility is all inclusive, and we aim to provide support and motivate the community of Scarborough.
