Physical Therapy clinic who specializes in helping active adults and athletes return to their favorite sports and activities. These activities can be weightlifting, running, yoga, returning to recreational or competitive sports. Additionally, we specialize in return-to-play for sports injuries such as ACL tear, meniscus tears, and other knee injuries for athletes like soccer, volleyball, basketball, and even triathlon competitors. We are out-of-network and does not accept insurance, which allows our sports physical therapists to spend the full 60 minute appointment 1-on-1 with our patients. A lot of our patients have done physical therapy through insurance and have not seen that much results, which is why they choose to go to a more specialized physical therapy setting.
