Founded in 1991 by Henry and Maria Rybak, Piast Meats & Provisions brings the authentic flavors of southern Poland to the US. This family-owned business began in Maplewood, NJ, with recipes originating from Mrs. Rybak's mother's kitchen. Named after Poland’s first royal dynasty, Piast signifies traditional Old World elegance. Piast quickly established itself as a destination for homemade Polish sausages, cold cuts, and pierogi.
