Premier Eye Care of Rexburg, formerly known as Joshua. R. Fullmer, M.D. Ophthalmology, is a new comprehensive ophthalmic clinic serving Rexburg and surrounding communities. We are excited to bring Retina, Glaucoma, Cornea and Oculoplastic sub-specialty services in addition to the many services we have been providing. We are accepting new patients, we take most types of insurance from Medicare, & Medicaid to VA to Blue Cross and most commercial plans.
