Real Asset Builders (RAB) was formed to facilitate the acquisition and development of prime residential land within New Zealand’s largest city of Auckland. Our model for property development differs from more traditional building companies, whereby we develop investment grade multi-unit and townhouses for long term hold with our investors. We focus on building a portfolio of properties which will generate cashflow and capital appreciation over time along with being tax efficient. For RAB to deliver this, we have developed several unique systems and processes which enable us to find and secure prime development land for our investors. Once secured we then work with our trusted property partners to develop the land to maximise its investment potential.
