As licensed psychotherapists and certified sleep consultants, we specialize in helping infants and children (newborn to toddler) overcome challenges like bedtime resistance, frequent night-wakings, early rising and sleep regressions. With virtual sessions available nationwide, our personalized sleep plans give parents the tools, confidence and calm they need to foster healthy sleep habits for their child — and restore restful nights for the whole family. Since our coaching is provided by registered psychotherapists, many families find their sessions are eligible for insurance coverage.
