Speedworks Training System Speedworks Training system was constructed by Head Coach and Founder, Jonas Dodoo and is based upon his theories from years of research and tried and tested methods from his hands-on approach to coaching. Jonas has broken down barriers from generations of complex training methods, to simplify what experts do and apply this to a number of sports all for the same output. To make an athlete faster, stronger and more explosive, whilst also ensuring a healthy and sustainable wellbeing for each individual through a bespoke training program.
