Genesis Training is a fitness company that specializes in personal training and manual therapy. We empower clients to stay motivated about their health and fitness when work and parenting are non-stop. Personal Training included 1on1 or partner training both in person and virtually. Manual therapy includes cupping, IASTM (instrument assisted soft tissue mobilization), muscle activation, stretching, Gu Sha, and joint mobilizations.
